We began over 35 years ago in the hands of Terry Anderson, a bricklayer-turned-builder who established one of Melbourne’s top construction companies. Together with his business partner, Peter, Terry built the company on uncompromising standards and a deep commitment to clients. Those foundations now support the next generation: a close-knit family team carrying forward Terry’s values of honesty and exceptional workmanship. Today, our management and construction team includes Sarah Anderson, Josh Anderson, Tom Anderson, and John Lillywhite.

Process

Preliminary Design & Budget
Clients bring us their preliminary design, and together we can discuss their project budget and wish list.

Documentation
Client provides the detailed “For Construction” documentation, including architectural and engineering drawings.

Permits
A building surveyor is engaged to begin the building permit process.

Contracts
We establish construction and contract budgets and present the contract.

Construction
Once permits are obtained we commence construction on site.

Guidance & Handover
Throughout the build, we provide ongoing guidance and regular updates, ensuring everything runs smoothly until the final handover.
